Antoine Osanz

Based in Melbourne, Antoine focuses on standardising and improving our business processes.

Antoine oversees Salsa’s agile project delivery to ensure universal processes across our project delivery team. His role is about increasing efficiency and empowering Salsarians to achieve their best.

He’s also involved in other areas of the business, such as new product offerings and service desk.

With a background in project management and PHP/MySQL development, Antoine’s strong project management and tech skills give him an excellent base to lead Salsa’s operations.

Previous experience

Antoine has 15 years’ experience in the web development industry. Starting as a PHP/MySQL developer, after five years he moved into project management and then operations management. As a project manager he’s managed large teams across a variety of projects, including multidisciplinary and co-located teams within Salsa and within our clients’ organisations/departments.
