Based in California in the USA, Kristen works with our clients translating business requirements into digital solutions and leading the technical direction in projects.
As a business analyst, Kristen works with our clients during discovery to ensure business requirements are mapped to the final digital solution. In this role, she also helps to write user stories in Jira and works with the rest of the team to direct the project. As a technical lead, she uses her extensive development and Drupal experience to provide technical leadership and design solution direction for the project.

Kristen is a technology veteran and entrepreneur with more than 25 years’ experience in the high tech space including hardware testing, business ventures, technical leadership, and enterprise software architecture and development. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, she earned her Master's in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and has worked with a number of startups, universities, agencies and corporations throughout her career including Autodesk, Expedia, Fujifilm, Gap, Geoscience Australia, Kinko’s, Hewlett Packard, Raytheon, Stanford University, SunPower, UC Santa Cruz, UCSF and USC.
Kristen has in-depth experience with numerous software languages, frameworks and technologies. She specialises in web architecture, content strategy, migrations, internationalisation, search engine optimisation (SEO) and analytics. Kristen is an internationally recognised expert on the Drupal web development platform and is a top contributor to the open source Drupal project. She has leveraged her expertise to help deliver projects in a variety of roles such as technical/solution architect and development lead, program/project manager, product manager, business analyst and technical consultant.
