Based in Melbourne, Steven is responsible for supporting the Department of Finance’s whole-of-government digital platform, GovCMS.

GovCMS requests/issues are logged as ‘tickets’ via phone or Salsa’s online ticketing system. Steven determines the ticket’s priority, actioning any requests he can (e.g. creating new accounts) or assigning the issue/ticket to the best team or person within Salsa, the Department of Finance’s GovCMS team or amazee.io. Steven then manages the ticket through the whole process to make sure tickets are resolved quickly.

Previous experience

Steven has 10 years’ experience in IT support and graphic design, across both print and web. Before starting with Salsa, Steven worked at Telstra, and studied at Swinburne University of Technology.
