Overview

The details on this page represents the goal, activities, deliverables and resources for conducting a training as part of a site migration project.

The training is step 20 of a 24 step project delivery process Salsa has designed for migrating (or upgrading) sites from a legacy or proprietary CMS to Drupal 9.

Ensure project stakeholders have knowledge transferred to allow them to use, operate and develop the site.

Activities

1. Agree training required and audiences

4. Execute any follow-ups as required

2. Site specific training content

3. Package any training artefacts which will persist past the training
